Ukason Studio
The website for Ukason Studio, our sister company for private events and travel.
Where it started
The site has to look like the work.
Ukason Studio plans private events and trips abroad. People decide on taste, so the website leads with our own film and keeps the route to an enquiry short.
What we built
A website at the front, a client portal behind it.

The home page
Our own film, one headline and one line on what we do.

Events
Its own film, with who it is for and where we work in a small column beside it.

Trips
Each trip has its own page with its own photos.

The enquiry form
It asks travel or event first, then only shows the questions that apply.

The client's proposal
Each client gets a private link to their proposal. They can accept it, ask for changes or decline, without an account.

Their project page
Once they say yes, the same link shows progress, what is booked and what is next.

Invoices
Deposits and balances are sent from the admin and tracked there too.
From start to finish
From first visit to an enquiry.
Have a look round
Explore the site
Scroll inside the screen, switch pages, or see it on a phone.
The choices behind it
Why it works the way it does.
Our own film, not stock
The footage is from our events and trips, so the site shows the real thing.
One button everywhere
Start planning sits on every page, so there is never more than one step to an enquiry.
Checked for speed
Full-screen video is slow on phones, so page speed and scrolling were checked on phone and desktop after each change.
