Who we are

UkasonDev is run by Alex Ukah, who decides how the details on this page are used. You can reach us at ukasondev@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, what you're trying to achieve and, if you choose, a budget range. If you email us directly we receive whatever you include in that email.

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare a quote and agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us, and steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.

Where it is kept

Enquiries from the form are saved in a private database that only we can see, and a copy is emailed to our inbox. The companies that run these services may handle your details outside the UK, with the safeguards UK law requires. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

The page text uses the Bricolage Grotesque font, loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests it from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address.

How long we keep it

If we don't go on to work together, we delete your enquiry from the database and our inbox within 12 months. If we do, we keep project correspondence for as long as the law requires for business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, or object to how we use them. Email us and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
